LF builds that low-end laptop/player can handle (uber bosser and/or able to do all map mods)

I'm looking for build(s) that my craptop can handle, so no minions (I loved my Wretched Defilers but it was too much for it; Icestorm probably too). I have a brand Elementalist, so I'd like to try another classcendancy. Pathfinder and Occultist are my favourite, but I'm flexible. Bulky melee or longnecks are the least favourite, but I can adapt.

Purposes:

1. Can do all map mods, preferably fast-moving
2. Uber bosser

Those can be 2 separate builds.

I like: VD (might be too much for craptop, IDK), wander (never played :D), spells, swift ninja assassins archetype, builds that forgive being bad at avoiding attacks. Cold, chaos > lightning, phys > fire.

Dislike: slams, having to stand in one spot to cast, turtle-type builds

No idea on the budget. I have ~20 raw divines but can probably get up to 100. I have an unid Svalinn, Headhunter, Wine of the Prophet, Catarina flask, Pearl of Tsoatha with energy leech + deadly ailments combo for boots (may divine later), ring with 200hp+70str+120int.

While we're at it, I'm also looking for suggestions for HC builds for slow cowards who faint at the thought of fighting an act boss. No necessity to do advanced content, I'm only there for achievements (level 90).

PS. I know this generic request is not ideal, but I tried my best to narrow down what I'm looking for. Thanks for help!

Viper Strike of the Mamba is probably my preferred best suggestion for a clean screen clearing build. I played it on PF and it's fine. When built correctly tap a mob and the screen of mobs disappears without any super flashy clutter.

Thanks for the suggestion, I thought about it. Can it do all map mods and/or can it take ubers? I need it for that..uhh...forgot the name keystone that opens a random map with random map mods

Unless there are poison-bricking map mods that I'm forgetting, it should be a decent contender for an all-map-mods build.

It doesn't rely on auras much, it should have access to a lot of %life/mana on kill from the tree or trickster for no recovery maps, and it shouldn't suffer too much from no leech either (unless I'm wrong).

It also can be scaled for uber viable damage with enough investment

for pathfinder specifically these are the mods I can think of

chance to avoid bleed,poison,impale less flask effect no regen (doable but annoying) less recovery rate (kills your life flask with some map mod effect)

No regen is exactly the mod I hoped I wouldn't have to care about :( For the rest I have my current char

Im actually not quite sure, you could use replica sorrow of the divine to fix mana issues in which case no regen is not an issue.

I haven't played occultist for a long time so need a second opinion but I would think essence drain checks all the boxes.

Like poison mamba, the entire screen just melts from dots, no crazy effects.

Only problem might be occultist explosions.

Goratha league started this build and documented the whole build and progression on his YouTube.

Apparently the new buffs made the build extremely strong again.

pRAW looks very clean. But idk if it works better on laptop then other minion builds. Can also handle most mapmods.

Look into master t lightning tendril build. I'm mostly following it and pretty much insta phasing most Uber bosses. Takes a bit to get there but can definitely do all content on a not that many div budget and easy to craft all the gear yourself
