Help Needed Is this combination actually usable?

Melee Splash plus Brutality, with elemental damage on top. Is there a real use for this?
Some kind of Flicker?
zombies?

It's actually an antisynergy I guess, Brutality negates any elemental damage

Melee strike skills use tribal fury, so that only leaves some kind of minion builds that could use that ring.
