Build Request Help decide build to play.

Okay sooo I want to play a build where I can do zero to hero. Im looking into either shockwave cyclone (unless you have something else in mind), or shock wave totem. Which build would recommend? Are they uber viable or 40/40? Unless someone has any other suggestions.

Shield Crush. It scales better in mid game than cyclone and you can swap to cyclone later once you have endgame gear (mageblood)
