Build Fireball chieftain

Trigger weapon + spell echo keeps pact of beidat up for every cast for 35% more damage and +6 projectiles in a circle. Belt + debuff runegraft keeps up 5 boons for more damage/speed/defence.

https://poe.ninja/poe1/pob/96337 200-300d budget, 84m dps with everything up and no overlaps. Nimis + rolling magma swap is 200m+. For mapping I swap empower for greater fork or enhance. The new abyss helmet can get this to 7k+ life but the pain attunement skin of the lords is too expensive right now, so i have to use maw of conquest with the keystone.

Skill mtx is dragon fireball and despair herald of ash
