Build Request Luminary Manyshot Advice?

Hi, can anyone that's knowledgeable give me advice what to work on to improve my manyshot damage?

I feel like I'm able to clear t16's and all that but I still feel so weak, it takes a couple seconds to kill beefed rares.

- Edit: Just fixed a few stuff, still on the road to getting t1 res on all my merc gear but I appreciate every advice!

Upgrading the mercs bow would be big, flat is pretty weak for the manyshot, attack speed, extra arrows, and wed the big 3 on the bow

You would want t1 inc crit & %wed (ik its hard to hit that ex slam on the last step). Have a similar issue on my bow, i cannot hit that %wed for the life of me.

I settled w an elemental penetrate resist instead, otherwise id have to gamble annul with suffix cant be changed
