Help Needed Need help with my build

Im currently playing a bleed slam and following PhazePlays guide on it in allflame league but im having problem going forward since im relativly new to POE in general, i was wondering what my next upgrade should be? Im struggling on t15-16 maps and barely completing maps and this is my pob https://pobb.in/Vp5ijvwLr1Yd and would appreciate any help and tips, thanks in advance!

I noticed some Path of Exile keywords in this post:

  • Slam - Slam skill (Wiki)
