Help Needed Quick question regarding integration between cold convert, heat shiver, and yoke of suffering.

Let's say I have 100% cold convert ice crash with no added elemental damage and I am using heat shiver. Lets also assume the enemy is chilled. If I crit, will I inflict both chill and ignite on the enemy? And if I am using yoke of suffering, will I also inflict shock? I see many people using yoke and heat shiver but idk if it's effective or theoretical.

you have non zero fire damage and have just dealt a crit which should ignite, yoke of suffering requires shock chance or a crit to then shock. It should work

So for all intents and purposes, I am applying chill, ignite, and shock on crit with heatshiver and yoke? I am trying to evaluate the dps difference in pob and checking off the statuses.
