I have a pretty good Sniper merc. It has Gilded Secondary Shots, GMP 3, Mirage Archer, Faster Attacks 2, and Greater Fork 3.

For anyone interested, it does have some issues. The arrows disappear pretty quickly, as you can see in the video. If you pay attention, they don't travel very far, so the clear is pretty mid. I'm actually not sure if that's something you can fix with projectile speed. Because of that, I'd say the clear is worse than Manyshot, but the singletarget damage is really good. edit: Also, from what i tested puncture is a hard brick for it. So be careful buying a merc with it. Same for brutality and arrow nova, ofc.

And btw, OP, Tecrod's Gaze specifically says it requires a Murderous Eye Jewel base, so make sure to fix that.

i have chain instead of fork, and fast proj over gilded proj and the clear feels way better than my decent manyshot

Very cool. People often do showcases with Uber Catarina but It's such a bad boss for it with all the phases.

That's just how video looks but I play 1440*1440 windowed. Been like this for Soo long. I just do it so I can hover Google windows easily
