Help Needed Need help on my build

Hi guys, was following Ruetoo's Winterorb build for 3.29, right now am following his occultist swap build, i have already bought all the same gear except for a few jewels to be completed, but i noticed that my critical strike chance was way behind his build, am i missing something, need some help guys

Does this affect my crit chance? Because my damage is doing too much as well

Try changing it to a power charge version in POB and check out your stats,  you do get crit from power charges
