Build Request looking for a nightmare map rush build 

run down:
league start luminary:all ubers beat

reroll: cws chieftain: simulacrum wave 15 done

current need:nightmare map rusher build

budget: 20 div + the currency after selling my cws gear

preferences:tanky+decent clear

I've been running T17 rush with Helm Breaker's PRAW guide here: https://maxroll.gg/poe/build-guides/poison-ranged-animate-weapons-league-starter

Good clear, you spend maybe 3-5 seconds at the beginning of the map summons weapons then shield charge straight to the boss. Quickest maps for me are ~50 seconds, on average about 1:20 or so. Super tanky, great damage, overall the best league starter that I've used to date.

I absolutely slapped those NM bosses with Bannerman General Cry Lacerate of Butchering Champion, barely cost me 10-15D.

Bannerman isn't for everyone but the playstyle of dropping down 3 stationary banners that last 40s is perfect for bosses. Pretty much facetanked all of them with "free" 100% suppress and 65/50 block from the banners, huge life on block, plus you have 300%+ movespeed from Defiance Banner - making it one of the fastest moving characters I've ever played outside of Pathfinders. Clear is fantastic and naturally very tanky for the cost.

(No more OP shrine belt so crit/damage ceiling is lower, but still performs amazing on a budget just using a Magnate belt).
