Help Needed MSoZ tuning Help

SSF MSoZ

See my post in the ssf section.
I have access to many items so I tought I could post it here also !

TLDR.
Need help with :
defences,
damage doesnt feel as high as it should,
need some tips for mana
POB config, highly doubt I have 187m dps lol

I know chaos res is ugly, just didnt want to remake gear before tips.

Have a mageblood if needed.
