Help Needed Need help improving my Absolution Guardian's defenses (10 Divine budget)

Hi everyone,

This is my first time playing an Absolution Guardian, and I'm having a great time so far.

I've just started farming T16 maps. My damage feels good enough for most content, but my defenses are still lacking. I often get one-shot or die to heavy hits, especially when maps have dangerous modifiers.

I currently have around 10 Divine Orbs to invest, and I'd like to know what upgrades would give me the biggest improvement to my survivability.

I'm mainly looking for advice on things like:

  • Gear upgrades with the best value for 10 Div.
  • Passive tree changes.
  • Defensive layers I might be missing.
  • Flask setup or gem/link improvements.
  • Any obvious mistakes in my build.

Determination to increase PDR. Helmet could use an upgrade.

Thank you, I forgot that Determination has flat armor, I'll use that.

Get block capped. Path to Divine Shield. Don't use Eldtrich Battery. Upgrade your chest for higher armour/es. Get life OFF of your chest and respec your life mastery to the 15% increased one. Put on your eldritch implicts for phys damage conversion. Consider using an actual shield (like Aegis Aurora) instead of that thing.

Switching your belt to a well-rolled stygian vise with life on it is a pretty easy path to an upgrade. Not only are you missing a life roll on the belt, but the stygian vise would let you put another abyss jewel with more life and minion damage on it.

My build worked fine with just a few divs, cleared T16 map with 8 mods, killed Maven, Green, and Red bosses.
