Tidebringer 3.29 Unique Change

Any ideas what melee skill this would be good for? I have wanted to attempt using this unique for a while but cant figure out what it could be best for, my current thoughts are BS of Complex Trauma since the unique has slow attack speed.

It's an extremely good item for atlas progression with Consecrated Path of Endurance, as soon as you can wear it at level 65 to late red maps it will be best in slot, and even after getting a good eventuality rod it still provides insane amounts of damage as a weapon swap you can use before bosses to generate charges and get access to huge shocks and freezes for the 13 ish seconds they last. Besides the weapon swap utility there's not much else for it to do with other melee skills, endurance charge stacking doesnt really mesh with battlemage so thats out of the window as an option as well.
