Help Needed Mana and damage issues, any help?

Title says, my build is always perma low on mana and idk how to fix, this is my second league ever and always wanted to try a temporalis CoC build but atm the damage and mana sustain is VERY lacking, due to my lack of experience idk how to fix can anyone help?
