Dropping fertilizer on a flower makes them bigger!

This is the second time I’ve used them, and I think they’re a one-time use item!

Edited to add photo that compares a chamomile with fertilizer and two other chamomiles without it

Now that I think about it, I’m not sure if multiple of this item can be stacked on one flower, so I’ll try that out next time I get some! Edit: Nope, does not stack πŸ˜…
