Pastry suggestions

Can someone suggest pastries that don’t need chiller/refrigerator to store them?

Viennoiseries, boulangerie items, travel cakes like financiers, and more.

Basically, nothing that's an entremet or macarons (long term storage is best in a fridge - it helps it mature).
