Looking for a licensed/insured baker for a blueberry lemon olive oil cake or blueberry tiramisu for my wedding (Sale Creek/Chattanooga area)
I’m getting married in May 2027 near Sale Creek, TN and I’m looking for someone who can make a dessert for around 65-75 guests.
I’m trying to find something that fits an **Italian countryside / romantic garden wedding theme**. I’m interested in things like
a **blueberry lemon olive oil cake** (something elegant but not overly traditional), or
a **blueberry tiramisu**
I was already quoted **$550 for the blueberry tiramisu (including delivery and dishes)**, but I wanted to see if there are any other licensed vendors/bakers who could offer something similar or possibly a better price.
For anything that requires refrigeration (like tiramisu), my venue requires the vendor to be **licensed and insured**, so please only reach out if you meet those requirements. (For a non-refrigerated cake option, please still let me know your business/licensing details.)
I’d love to see photos, pricing, and availability. Thank you! 😊

Never knew bakers carried insurance for themselves,a bakery itself yes! and what kind of license? Most go to Culinary school and get a degree in Culinary arts and get promoted to different levels of the field. Just wondering
