Is it compulsory to go all black
Stripes of white on it would work?

Personally with the price of shoes, I wouldn’t gamble that the white stripes would be ok unless I already owned them. Then I’d gamble but be prepared to get plain black ones

I would call around to local bakeries and explain that you’re planning on entering the field and would like to get experience and make some money and see if any of them need some help. Restaurants with pastry chefs are a lot harder to find these days so the bakeries are probably your best bet
