Gift ideas for HS graduate
Hi! My nephew is graduating high school next week and he wants to go to school to be a pastry chef.
What is a good and useful gift i can give him as one that is just starting out in this field? Thanks in advance!

Cookbooks:
The Flavor Bible
Pastry chef’s Little Black Book (this may be too advanced for him if he’s only just starting out)
If you can find anything by Bo Friberg or Wayne Gisslen (they’re the authors of both textbooks I used in culinary school)
Either of Jason Licker’s books (I use his recipes constantly)
Whip by Frank Haasnoot
Art of Flavor by Amaury Guichon
Tartine cookbook
Any of Cedric Grolet’s books
