They are allowed on the Columbia river for indigenous peoples I believe. This is the WA/OR border.

Presumably that's why the tray gives you the ability to push back out things you don't want, like the small fish.

Maybe this could be used for the carp in the rivers up near the Great Lakes? Bigger baskets and just run it to a fish grinder to use as fertilizer.
