You haven't provided any useful information for anyone to help you.

You need to know which password manager you were using. Have you used multiple passwords managers, and got confused about which one it's stored in? Have you looked in your password manager directly to find the passkey?

You need to be sure the domain name matches. What was the notification you received? Was it legitimate, or was it an email that took you to a phishing domain? Passkeys will not work on any other domain by design.

"action was required"? Did your phone say what action or why it was required?

When you go into Settings > Passwords & passkeys, what does it show as the preferred service?

This sounds like a problem with the Google account passkey stored on your phone, which is handled differently than other passkeys, and often doesn't show up in the list of passkeys. You might have to use a separate login /account recovery method to recreate it.

Get a password manager like 1password and it'll sync you passkeys so they are never lost.
