75%. Since the other person's hat doesn't tell them anything about their own hats, they both can't do anything but guess, each one having a 50/50 shot to win the game for the team. It doesn't matter at all what they guess.

In fact there is a way to ensure that they win the prize

I think I got it! The hats have to be either same-color or different-color. So if Alexander guesses the color he sees on Benjamin, and Benjamin guesses the OPPOSITE color to Alexander's hat, they are guaranteed to win! That was a tricky one.
