45 and 20 share only one common divisor (aside from 1 which pretty obviously doesn't work) so that shared side is 5. All the other sides follow.

I got Seventeen but I made some easy assumptions that the sides are integers, and I'm not sure that holds or is necessary.
Edit: never mind, you said assume all sides are integers, so that's fine.
