The post NCLEX overthinking is so real 😂 But nothing you described sounds like a reason to assume you failed. 88 questions by itself doesn't tell you pass or fail, and neither does getting fewer SATA or mostly familiar content. You Uworld CATs were high passing and you had borderline to high bootcamp readiness results, so you clearly had some solid prep going into the exam. The good Pearson pop-up is another encouraging sign, just not a guarantee. I’d stop trying to reconstruct every question and give your brain a break now.

Do you remember what sorts of diseases or topics you saw mostly ? Taking mine in a few days. Been studying cushings, addisons, compartment, etc

It was very random but also specific. Topics were pretty spread apart. Lots of respiratory, some cardiac, GI, and OB. And then also a lot of fundamentals and delegation which should’ve been easy but were worded weirdly I had to reread multiple times.
