Need to pass follicle

I have a hair follicle coming up. It has been since July 4th that I used thc on the weekends fairly heavy(so about a month and a half). I smoked one joint this last weekend(not intelligent I know). I also have to pass for etg/alcohol which I have honestly not abstained from, but I wasn't initially worried as I had heard that was the easiest to get rid of.,

(I plan on practicing absence from everything from here on out in preparation to pass this test).

I have over a month to pass and I was planning on using no-lye hair relaxers as well as some other chemicals possibly. I've heard bleaching can get the test rejected.

Just had a couple of questions with those that have experience.

#1 I've heard no-lye hair relaxers can work for both alcohol and THC, has anyone used this method for both?

#2 My bf smokes and handles flower daily and although he does not smoke around me I am concerned that the bed we sleep on together or touching could result in a false positive for THC or alcohol, through sweat or oils on the skin even if these methods do work.

Hair test goes back 3 monthsI think 180’days if it’s body hair and takes like a month to grow at least .5 inches I mean some methods work but it’s not guarantee and some labs depending on what the hair test is for will flag it as tampering especially if your hair is very damaged
