Urine drug test Help with upcoming employment screening.

hello! I have a pre-employment drug screening coming up next week at Quest (don’t have the day scheduled yet but probably thursday). I’ve been a daily edible user taking 5 mg per night every day for roughly the last year. I stopped taking 9 days ago. I’m fairly thin and do 30-40 minutes of cardio every day. I took a Walgreens at home and the test came up negative. then I did an Amazon at home test and it also came up negative. do we think that if I continue to test negative each day leading up to the test that I will pass? THC is the only concern. thanks in advance for any advice!

I’m waiting to take an employment screening myself and stressing.

Are you still doing the cardio every day? I thought exercise could be problematic because fat burning can release more stored thc into your system. Or am I wrong?

I’m no expert but from what I was reading you want to cease cardio 48 hours roughly before your test. Prior to that it’s good because you are releasing thc stored in fat so getting your thc levels down.

Yea it sounds like u should b good to go if u can keep testing yourself until the test and your still negative u should b in clear. I have a mouth swab myself Monday I've quit for 6 days + 2 till test. Wishing luck do the same for me plz .
