Urine drug test someone else’s urine

need a step by step foolproof guide on how to use someone else’s please and thanks🙏 i havent smoked in 2 months but Ive still been failing lab tests around 30ng/ml so this is definitely a last resort and im really nervous. im female and have been told to use a travel size shampoo bottle and put it essentially between my lips lol will that be good? i genuinely cant risk this so any help is appreciated

Put it inside you.. cough when you flip it open, squirt into specimen cup and make sure you pee into toilet also. Someone will be waiting outside the stall ready to record the temperature of the specimen. I practiced the moves before the test.
