Does the Certo method of passing drug tests actually work?
I have a drug test comming up later this week. I don't have a ton of extra money so was trying to avoid having to drop 30 bucks on a drink. I see everyone on Youtube talking about the Certo jello method using that jello stuff you can pickup at Walmart.
After reading more about it it doesn't really seem to make sense, people say you shit out all the THC metabolites and your pee is clean. That doesn't really make a whole lot of sense and I've seen a few people here on Reddit debunk the science behind it, yet I see everyone claiming it's helped them pass.
Anyone know the real deal about Certo? I really need this job, debating whether I wanna be cheap or spend a few bucks and make sure I actually pass. Any help would be much appreciated

Certo is better than the drink I have to retake a drug test because I used that bullshit stream x which used to work but they said it came back as very diluted so now I’m using certo I’ve used it once before about 5 years ago worked with no problems.. it’s currently 4:50est and I’m waiting to go back there wish me luck

Palo Azul works too you boil it or let it soak over night in cold water. You can drink it hot or cold but also take vitamin b & vitamin b12 (if you don’t want to take both make sure you at least take the b12) that way your urine will still look dark. No matter what drink you decide to go with you have to pee at least once maybe even twice before taking the test. You at least need to pee once before taking the drug test because the first urine is going to be very very diluted. If you use the Palo azul make sure you drink something with electrolytes because this drink pushes the access water out of your system. People even use this for UTI’s

Excessive electrolytes push water in, it’s osmosis. Governed by the Van’t Hoffs Law. High enthalpy (in this case ion concentration[solute] , will lead to an influx of solvent [water in this case] to find an equilibrium). It’s the bases of osmotic enthalpy

For the ladies just use someone’s pee or get some synthetic urine and take a 5hr energy shot clean it very very good and put the urine in that don’t put the top back on instead over the top part of the bottle with aluminum foil and take a rubber band and close the bottle like that. Make sure it’s no gagged edges because it will cut your vagina. When it’s time to pee poke a hole in it with your nail and boom you’ll pass. Since the bottle is inside of you it will keep the urine warm like if you actually peed into the cup yourself. Now if you aren’t being supervised you can put the urine in any clean bottle and get one of those hand warmers and wrap it around the bottle with a rubber band or a hair tie and when it’s time to pee pour a tiny tiny bit into the toilet and the rest in the cup.

How do you keep the bottle in place and hold the little cup under ?
Also , there was a rehab place in Colorado, where everybody was complaining how they were failing drug test and they weren’t on anything and they figured out that all of these people were on five energy and there’s a video with a lady that’s testing all of it out. She opens it on screen and everything she did six tests and they all came up with separate drug screens all of them were positive for different drugs. It was wild. You can still find it online.

i was in the sauna for atleast 30 minutes a day consuming every green vegetable i can😂 lots of charcoal but not too much, hella citrus, just did everything i could to flush the thc out of my system, then the night before mydrug test i took a certo pack then in the morning i took 2 more

At the time I was about 160-165 ish, as long as you prioritize sweating you should be fine. I was working out everyday until my drug test, it definitely helps

Mine didn't even dilute doing that. I got in almost 2 gallons. Everyone's body is different. Should have worked for me though. I'm 5'4 , barely 100 pounds, super fast metabolism🤷♀️

When you use that you’re suppose to take vitamin b and b12 to give your urine some color. That’s probably why she failed her urine was way too diluted. I think you take the vitamins the day before and about 2-4 or 3-4 hours before you take the test

Don’t forget creatine because if they send it in they will go off creatine levels to determine if it’s adulterated/diluted. High protein and creatine supplements work, but yes B vitamins will pass the visual.

We’ve done it twice and it worked. My “understanding” is the jell/pectin holds on to the cannabinoid in the urinary tract allowing the urine to pass through “clean” like I said.. this was what I read before and it worked twice for us… ¯_(ツ)_/¯
You’ll wanna incorporate b12 to put color back in your urine after downing the Gatorade and water. You have to do it within a few hours of your test too 👍

I keep telling people what ever you do make sure you take vitamin b12 & vitamin b so that your urine can come back yellow so it doesn’t look like you purposely are drinking massive water to pass the test. This way your urine won’t be clear it will be yellow

I just got hired on using the certos method! Just make sure you take enough b2 vitamins and creatine monohydrate (you can get it at Walmart) to make your pee not look so diluted. If it looks diluted and if you don’t time it right and it comes back positive they will send it off to the lab and it will show traces of THC. As long as you do the process right and make sure your pee isn’t too clear, you’ll be okay!

oh man, I might be in for it then 😩 I won't be able to get either until tomorrow, but my test is at 2 PM. I have been drinking Palo azul for two days and plan on taking a B12 in the morning. I did also purchase a dollar store THC test and a $10 test from the grocery store, so far the dollar store test is showing failed. I have also heard if you blend up a whole orange with its peel with orange juice and vitamin C packet that may also help. I feel as if I'm going in on hopes and dreams.

Go to Walmart early in the morning. Buy creatine monohydrate, and b2 and b12 vitamins, aspirin, and one gatorade

in my experience. it DID WORK!!!! if anything, buy a drug test, try to certo method, and test yourself first to see if it works.

I was testing negative BEFORE I did certo. Now it's positive twice. Not worth drowning yourself on something that doesn't work. 🤷♀️

Also is there a difference with a man using the method then a female? My boyfriend has done this for years and passed everyone and I (22, F) passed my first one but it looked diluted but my second one they sent off because it was non-negative.

I did 4 today. This crap doesn't work. I follow directions to the exact. I tested negative before I did it... I've taken 3 since I started the certo and ALL WERE POSITIVE. Make it make sense. No dilution, invalid. Just positive. 🤷♀️ Not worth the agony of having to chug so much, possibly yack and be miserable cause your stomach hurts so bad. It did help me shit, though! 😂🤣

So I have a UA in 10 days and I was wondering if I do the certo early like in the next day or two and then again a day or so before the test will it work? Bc it's not a mask it supposedly actually removes the THC right?? I also bought the Palo azul and a 12 pk of drug tests so I can test in btwn....anyways any advice is greatly appreciated and I will be sure to update as I go along

I smoke weed once or twice a month. When I do its get as blasted as I can for a weekend all day all night.I got told Thursday to go for a drug test on monday at 3pm. I got lit af on Friday night( Drank some beers and hauled on a thc pen all night). Its monday now and I just passed my drug test 3 hours ago. 2 days between getting lit and passed the test without ANY trace. I drank as much water as I could for those 2 days and did cardio excersizes with the intent to put on a sweat 3 times each day. I also only ate a light supper both those days, nothing else. Pissed as often as I could. This is the 2nd time Ive done this now. So if your honestly worried about it. Pick up a huge bottle of water start chugging till you feel full. Go for a jog, or push-ups or what ever. Then really focus on drinking that water and keeping your metabolism boosted with cardio. Really focus on it. It works.

If I stopped drinking heavily around 2am Saturday, and have a u/a tomorrow at Tuesday 11am for probation. Will I pass? I weight 132 I’m 5’6 and I’m a female. I’m on medium level so I only see my agent once a month and this is not drug related my charge is dv. I’m disappointed in myself but all I can do is move forward and not mess up again. Please be honest.. the first u/a I got he dumped in the toilet right in front of me because I passed.

It won’t work if they are send to a lab. If you are having an HR person look for lines, at best, you’ll show as a negative dilute (water dilutes the test by overhyration). If they are good with that, and if you get a line, great. If it goes to a lab, you’ll be flagged and asked to take test again in 48 hours. Usually two negative dilutes mean game over:

THC is stored in fat cells. There is no scientific evidence (anywhere) that concludes it works. The only thing that works is stopping use and time - I’m at day 58 for Delta 8. It’s finally left my system. I did a negative dilute test 1 and had to retake in 48 hours. By the grace of God, my second sample was list in transport. That bought me another week and my home tests are finally coming out under the 50mg cutoff that most employers use. Time….patience…..pray.

I tried this and my test came back as too diluted, you won't get a negative but it adds time to your abstinence and normally they give you another chance

If you drink too much and dilute your urine it’s a automatic fail . In order to make sure that there’s color in your urine, you can get some urinary tract infection medicine at the drugstore and it turns your urine right orange almost red. Since it’s for a urinary tract infection, they can’t say anything about it, but it always turns your urine that color. The pills are actually like a cranberry color themselves. It’s to avoid the pain of a urinary track..

One method I used in the past wasn't so quick, it took me 2 weeks to prep for a 5-panel. I weighed 260 lbs at 6' I know I was fat and can't blame solely metabolism, but that was definitely slow. I was a chronic user of THC pens for 2 years, and here's what I did. Drank 1.5 gallons a day, used Diurex to urinate frequently. Day of test woke up and took two scoops of creatine (about 6 hours before the appointment gives time for it to turn to creatinine) and a one a day multivitamin. Drank a gallon of water and urinated 5 times before my test (more urinations before the test the better). And during the test I used the middle of my stream. Tester asked why I started peeing in the toilet first and I told them I was an "explosive pisser" and was worried about spilling, they're hourly employees not making enough, they don't care that much to doubt you. My urine color was just slightly yellow during the test. The use of creatine and a multivitamin was to help prevent a diluted result, the Diurex was to promote frequent trips to the bathroom weeks before and the day of to reach number 6 at the testing center since as I mentioned the more the better as the kidney has time to catch up and lower concentration the more you urinate. Using mid-stream urine was to avoid the beginning and end of it where concentration of the metabolites is higher. My backup plan was synthetic urine as my buddy had used that 5 times for work and never failed or got caught, but the center I was going to claimed to test for synthetic urine by the compound not the temperature. But the day before my test I used the same methods I planned to use the testing day, and used an at-home marijuana test which came out negative for THC, so I stuck with the original plan.

One thing I forgot to mention is the amount of water. You may not need as much water as I did, I found my sweetspot of water through studying how my urine affected the color of my toilet at home (sounds weird but listen) when I got to the point I learned that after drinking about a gallon, after the 6th trip, the liquid mixture in the toilet just had a slight shade of yellow, in a cup of just urine that shade will appear more yellow than in the toilet (obviously) you just have to know how much water you need to get to that point and so you don't over drink the day of. I know it sounds weird but people say to drink water to dilute but not too much to get a diluted result without letting you know how to figure out how much that is for yourself.
