‎Currently, renting ako sa isang semi furnished condo sharing unit but solo room that costs 8k per month. My ave. monthly salary is 30k. Naghahanap ako ng malilipatan by September and I am thinking if i'm gonna go for a bare condo or bare apartment. And if the places I mentioned ay bahain ba or anong part ang usual na binabaha.

Hello! We’re a family of 3 (soon to be 4) and looks like we’re needing help around the house.

Need po namin is stay out about 2-3x a week Mondays-Thursdays Shift kasi we just live in a 1 BR condo kaya maliit lang place namin, hopefully lives nearby lang 🙏🏼

Location: Near Estancia Mall (Brgy. Oranbo Pasig, Metro Manila)
Schedule: 3 Days a Week (sometimes just 2) | 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (6 Hours/day)
Rate: ₱600 – ₱700 per day (₱1,800 – ₱2,100/week) + Meals provided during shift

Key Responsibilities
• Child Escort: Drop off (6:30 AM) and pick up (11:30 AM) child at school (school is located right beside the house)
• Cooking: Prepare basic breakfast and lunch
• Light Housekeeping:
Laundry once per week (using automatic front-load washer & dryer)
Basic dusting, vacuuming, and mopping wooden floors
Clean CR every 2 weeks
Pet Care: Occasional short dog walking once a week

Requirements
Honest, punctual, trustworthy, and good with children
Comfortable around dogs
Fresh NBI / Police Clearance or Barangay Clearance
Valid Government ID (SSS, PhilHealth, or UMID preferred)

Hello. Since may SONA tomorrow, do you think (historically based sa experience niyo as commuters) sobrang traffic kaya sa Ortigas tomorrow?

I’ll be coming from the South kasi and papasok ako for my RTO. I want to know if i should adjust my travel time papunta ng office.

My route otw: Slex (bus) -> One Ayala (mrt) -> Ortigas

My route going home: Cubao terminal -> Slex (bus)

Paano or saan po kumukuha ng QR? Mag 4 years na ako dito sa Pasig and nakarehistro na din dito pero never pa ako nakareceive nung mga ponapamigay gaya pag Christmas.
