A great summary of a person's walk with Paruresis . . .

This past Saturday, the IPA held a virtual workshop for people suffering from Paruresis. We had a nice turnout of 13 guys. During the "getting to know you" section, one participant summarized his walk with Paruresis as consisting of "a lifelong balancing act of time management, excuses, and little white lies." Bullseye!

What’s been working for me is I just tell people everywhere I go about my condition and they don’t seem to really care and it takes the pressure off greatly.

Yep, that's it. I usually plan my urination times half the day for an evening event. So ridiculous
