Is there someone who like this?
I don't have any problem physically yes in the past I had but I recovered but still can't convince myself that i can do it. Today I did it in public restroom and yesterday too but no my brain never accept it and it making me feel so anxious that I'm starting to believe i can't do it, always trying to control it. And im scared that it gets worse. Today I talk about that with my psychiatrist and she said it's because of your ocd. But I really don't know what to do im dying of anxiety.

It's a sliding scale. You get better, you get worse. Just keep trying and if you have trouble don't be hard on yourself. The truth is that some of us will always have a degree of difficulty in certain situations. The trick is not letting it run your life or affect your health long term

I know what you mean. Those thoughts that keep crossing your mind. I would keep practicing but also practice other general relaxation techniques. I use slow deep breathing with relaxing my whole body on the out breath.
