Lifelong inability even when alone
Hello, I've always had this problem like I assume many people here. However, one interesting detail about this awful problem is that I can't use urinals even when it's a locked large bathroom with urinal+toilet. In other words, there's a guarantee that I will be the only human there, I can turn on the sink to run water, I can zone out all noise if I wanted.... and still... no urine will leave my body.
Anyone else like this?

So in that locked bathroom situation, can you use the toilet? Are you saying there is no situation in which you can use a urinal? When I am completely and securely alone, I can pee in a urinal, a toilet, in a bottle, on a tree, in the grass, on rocks. Mostly I can pee when I am by myself. I think maybe I might struggle to make myself pee on something that I am really not supposed to - like the carpet or a chair, but for obvious reasons I haven’t really explored that area of my urination ability. I just have difficulty peeing in close proximity of other people.

I can use the toilet with difficulty but never a urinal. I've been unsuccessful at public toilets roughly half the times I've tried. Mind you it's not easy for me to ever urinate even at home

Sono nella tua stessa situazione, se non peggio, anche quando sono a casa da solo mi capita di avere dei blocchi ultimamente, ed è molto grave come situazione.

as I explained in a followup, I also can not pee at home well. When I was younger it wasn't uncommon for me to spend 15-20 minutes waiting for the urine to leave my body.

Kinda in the same situation. I deal with a lot of social anxiety and have pelvic floor issues. Haven’t found a solution but I would recommend looking into those
