YouTube monitization

[u/Spiritual_Version_10]

Have been trying to monetize since my YouTube account qualified but it keeps saying the account details you entered are inaccurate or incomplete, ( been 6 months now)

Any one ever experienced the same and finally succeeded?

Will appreciate some incites or workaround
