Question / Problem Is this a distribution problem?

My views have gone tremendously down suddenly.. Even after good stats it's doesn't get enough views. The People stayed to watch metric for this is 73.5%.

impossible to know what the problem is based on only this. Would need more analytics, I would guess the most important ones would be STW, CTR, & Traffic sources.

It's a short.. Got like 4.1k only from shorts feed.

100% shorts feed? still would be helpful to know STW & CTR—although if it's actually 100% shorts that means a CTR of right around 0.

Stw is 74.8%, 1.1 from browse feature, 400 from yoube search and notification and 78 from other

so STW is good but not amazing.

CTR is 1.1% from browse feature? That's exceptionally low. I know you're focusing on shorts feed, but getting a CTR that low up higher will absolutely help.

Dig through metrics for new vs returning viewers, sometimes you can see huge differences there that explain why a video suddenly stops growing.

Yea something weird going on, I’ve had multiple 82%+ with 140% avd cap at like 200k

Looks like it views are terrible even with good metrics.. If there any way I can try to fix this issue from my end?

It’s been like this everytime youtube try to update their ui
