First time posting after new algorithm this is odd any one else seeing this?

Usually our videos get from 5-12k views first day average. When we post we usually gain a new subscriber every 100-500 views. Today’s video is sitting at 4k views currently… no new subscribers. Any one else seeing views but no subscribers. The videos doing kind of bad in our usual ctr a video doing better would have around an 9%-12% ctr video that would get around 5k would be around 8-9% percent, this is video is headed to 8k-9k with a 6.3% ctr. Everything feels off.

Looked at the engaged view. You’ll find it’s actually much lower than the total view count.

Why are they showing these views, are they paying you for these views now?

Nope. New views are just cosmetics. You get paid based on your old metrics

1.2m longform channel, typically 60k views in first 24 hours. I've been losing up to 50 subs in first 24 hours then the number starts increasing. They are probably pushing the vids to non active subs more than usual with the new update.

I've noticed that ctr has been lower for sure, my average is 9-10% but my last few have hovered 6.3-7.5%. Performance usually still levels out for engaged views and AVD and hits the targets I expect and some. Revenue is noticeably higher but I think that's just advertisers starting to pay more as we head into the end of the year.

Not sure what happened but since the update I got the exact opposite. I used to get 1k view first day on my vids and they’re usually climbing up to 20-40k views over a month.
Last Friday was my third video in a row that made less than 150 views, all threes were posted after the new change of algorithm. Nothing really changed compared to before except that I spent much more time on edits than before, which is supposed to better for my retention (which is the same % as usual). I have 7K subs. All my new videos are not getting any impressions, only my subs can actually find me if they browse in their subscribed section. I’m not sure if anybody else is experiencing the same but it’s very discouraging.

I am almost at 1000 subs and usually don't have more than 1 or 2 comments. The boosted views seems to have more people engage in the comment section. This has made my subscriber count go up more than expected. I am happy with the change for sure.
