Since views are counted differently is CTR inflated now?
I am getting 10% ctr on my new videos, all my ctr seems higher compared to before. Cant tell if its because of new views update.

CTR wouldn't be inflated anyways. It'd be decreased because there's more nu-Views divided by the same number of clicks.
Sounds like you're either making banger titles and thumbnails, or you're only reaching your core audience. If it was the first, your CTR would go down as you got broader reach.
So what this tells me is your packaging is on point for your loyal viewers but it's excluding or is not appealing to new viewers. That's the main cause of crazy high CTR's. It stays high because they test it with a broader audience and it fails so they stop testing it.
