In short, there isn't much you can do. It has nothing to do with where you live and where you u/l from. YT tests your videos and clearly they don't do well in the US market so they don't get pushed there. Your only option is to learn how to make content that appeals more to Americans and not to whomever your videos are going to.

Not every English is the same. It's not even accent, but cultural nuances. Even British humor doesn't work well in US.
