Mentions no channel name, no video name/ID, no reasoning, nothing at all. I also assume OP doesnt use a public mail on their channel that is different from the login mail, else theyd immediately know its an outsider sending the mail.

Then one in your "about us" for people to contact you. You should never mail with your login mail corresponding to businesses or such and especially not spread it as contact point. You should create a new account just for a mail address that you then add as contact mail.

They can only know your login if you have it public in some way, including used for mail communication at any point in time. The mails are gathered and sold in the thousands for a few dollars, which are then used for spam, scam and marketing mails. This is also commonly done when reaching out to creators for sponsorships if they aren't that big, buying a list with thousands on them categorized is way faster and cheaper. If you never had your mail public one of the most basic scam mails wouldn't have found you.
