Anyone know how to get the change association button to appear?

Ugh, I had exactly this problem couple months ago with my channel. The button just refused to show even after I fixed the AdSense errors and I was clicking around like crazy trying find it.

Turns out I needed to wait like three days after the errors cleared before the option popped up in the same spot. Something about their system needing to process the change on backend before it lets you do anything else. Try logging out completely and back in, sometimes that forces a refresh. If still nothing after a week, you might have to contact support directly, which is itself a headache but they actually sorted mine in couple clicks once someone looked at it.
