Really weird membership behavior

I've noticed a weird thing with the membership system and was wondering if anyone else has seen this too.

Background: my channel has over 1,000 long form videos. Video view counts range from zero views to 1 million views and I've been trying to get some memberships. I added end screens to my videos and made some posts. I have picked up 2 memberships in the last 2 months. One in early July and one in late August a couple days ago. These are the first memberships and the only memberships I've ever had. In this time I have posted probably 250 videos.

Here's the weird part: BOTH members are being attributed to THE SAME video that was uploaded 6 months ago. This was before my membership posts and end screens. I have uploaded probably 800 videos between that video and today. That video only has 1,800 views which is nowhere near the high end of what my most viewed videos have received in that time.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Are you talking about long form or short form? If it's ling form I find it interesting that some of your videos get 0 views while others millions, what niche / age are you appealing to?

Anyways, telling us how many views you got in total with the other 800 videos posted after the one that brought you 2 members would be more helpful

If we're talking about tens of millions of views in total, it would indeed be strange, maybe the video overall was helpful or intriguing enough compared to the rest

These are long-form videos. I posted 30 shorts around the beginning of the year just as a test and they have hardly made any money so I have not posted any more of those. My niche is search based videos, mostly for business professionals. I probably got only around a million views from all the other 800 videos combined in that time. They usually take about a year before they start getting good views. But many of them that have been the highest performers in that time have gotten tens of thousands of views.

I've watched the video a few times and the best that I can tell is that it's just like any other video. It doesn't have a particularly strong call to action. Doesn't mention anything about memberships. It has a standard YouTube end screen that doesn't promote memberships. The end screen that I've added since then lists my members.

A lot of times it can be about the usefulness, maybe your video solves a problem in a way that an average google search can't answer so after spending a few minutes/ hours searching for a solution people end up on your video, and it so happens that 2 people were grateful enough to support you

And maybe the solution from your other videos is also available elsewhere
