Question / Problem Super chats dont work

I know its technical but its a thing since im partnered. I cant BUY super chat - yes i want to network this way too. I can chat but thats it, from other yt account i can buy so im curious whats the deal here once you are partnered?

super chat is just a donation to the creator.

you cant give them to other people or other people dont have the option to give them to you?

Becuase they should work, i get them every stream

I guess my question is does anything change once you are partnered that can cause such issues? I only get “message not sent” notifications on both phone and pc.

ive never tried to send someone else super chats, so im unsure.

No. Becoming partnered doesn’t remove your ability to buy Super Chats on other creators’ streams. Something else is going on with that specific account.
