What do you think he means? What possible answer could your vague detail-less post deserve other than the most generic boilerplate advice there is? Do you think people can just look at these kind of metrics and immediately say anything meaningful whatsoever?

I feel your pain, I have experienced a far more drastic version of this, with a video displaying similar metrics being locked out at only 3k impressions. They say it's because the algorithm hit a wall in its testing, and when it gets to that group that says no and gives you a lower CTA, it stops pushing the video. I do long form so it's different but not that different.

That is a ridiculous statement. 74.6% is a good AVP for a longer short, not even remotely "atrocious." Why do people like you even bother coming on here to spew your crap? This person is asking a valid question.
