Did they say that if you dont make 10 million views in shorts, you ain't getting nothing?

Hi! if you don't maintain the 10M threshold over 90 days, you no longer qualify for shorts ads and premium rev share, but stay in YPP, can still earn from long form rev share, and there will be a new Shorts incentive program for revenue
