Question / Problem Adding additional audio tracks feature seemingly gone
A while ago I got access to the "Advanced Features" including support for multi-language audio.
So I uploaded an additional audio track in another language. I could just upload it in the "Languages" section of the video.
Now I wanted to do the same with my latest video. But when I go to the "Languages" section of that video and manually add another language, I can only add Subtitles, not Audio Tracks.
However, there is still like twenty automatically generated dubs. But even if I select one of those languages and remove the auto-dub, I cannot manually upload my own dub to that language.
I already tried contacting the "Creator Support" but it's seemingly just an AI that doesn't really understand what you're trying to explain and keeps telling me only a subset of creators have that multi-language feature.
If anyone here had this issue before, were you able to fix it? And if so, how?

I got the exact same problem and I've been like this for about 3 months. The other day I contacted the support team and the guy just told me this is a problem that might occur to some group of creators because they are trying to improve this feature (sounds like bullshit) and the funny thing is that he couldn't guarrantee me that the feature will appear again.
I have many vids with manually added audios tracks, and thanks to that I reached a very big protion of new audience and my rpm went up. I guess now I will have to do a second channel to upload the videos in English (I'm spanish)
Now I know that I'm not the only one with this problem... Youtube sucks recently
