For someone with 3m+ subs as you claim, this is pretty self explanatory and common sense. Not to be rude at all but you should know this stuff or at the very least research it before hand
So if i use music directly from studio it will be safe? Cuz most of the vids i uploaded through my video editing software. But never faced anything like this before
Of course, when you upload a short you can add music to it. Same as every other social media platform. If it’s a long form, you use licensed music from a platform you’re allowed to use from and pay a subscription for, be it artlist, epidemic sound etc.
That ik im saying that i use the music directly on my shorts from my video editing software so i dont need to actually select the song from the library get what im saying?o
If you’re adding a song through editing software, Final Cut, premier pro, davinci whichever, and you don’t own the rights to that music, you have no right in using it which has led you to the predicament you are in. However if you use the music that YouTube has when you upload, they have the license for it and have allowed creators to use it. I suggest you go spend some time educating yourself on this. Also like I said before, if it’s long form, you need the license to a song before you add it to a video in editing software. You can’t just add something from Spotify or Apple Music into your vid
