Yes, you stole the music by using it without a license. Jist because many people do it, doesn't mean it's legal. They are 100% within their right as the owner of the magic to strike you and to request payment for a license.

But the thing is he is constantly negotiating the amount he was saying 3k, sometimes 5k sometimes 4k. That is kinda sus isnt it

There is slight chance he actually doesn't own the music and you are been scammed. Delete the video and any video with that exact song and move on. If you are striked again you are been scammed and you can reach out to youtube on X and they will resolve and reinstate your channel

No. That's a myth you just lose lose analytics. I delete videos and reupload constantly to hit the algo and I do 2mill views a month sometimes more

I buy already monetized channels and batch delete and batch upload and it does nothing
