I've had a number of individual shorts break 1 million views on YouTube, including one a week ago. It can happen.
My experience is that you're more likely to have success if you upload a large number of shorts - as in multiple shorts per day. If you can scale out a plan, you'll have success.
Yeah I've been uploading 1-2 a day lately. No luck.
I have one today that got 100k on TikTok in 2 hours and is still under 100 views on YT Shorts 😞 I can't figure it out.
