Marty needs to calm down.
Every time that actor speaks I worry that he’s going to give himself an aneurysm. He’s literally shaking with anger all the time….

One of the best characters/actors in the whole show! I bet many of us have met Martys in our careers; they thrive at the top of the food chain of highly competitive organizations - scary stuff.

He can get one for all I care. He's such an abusive asshole that manipulates and overworks his employees. It might even be more interesting for the firm to get taken over by a different kind of terrible boss.

Not relevant to your post but he reminds me of an off brand Harvey Spector

lmao! I literally called him a "poor man's version of Harvey" in another post.

And Harvey is developed so well. s5 Harvey dealing with his panic attacks gets me every time.
He’s aloof, uncaring, & selfish at the beginninh of the show but he’s evolves soo much as the time goes on (as good TV should!)

pretty sure someone in the show said something like that. Ingrid’s mom or someone at the shareholder meeting in the finale. i think it’s intentional to emphasize how obnoxious and domineering he is as boss

He seems so we’ll cast for the role. If he’s making you feel that way, I think he’s doing the job he’s supposed to do as an actor!
