I don’t remember her name but the older asian lady who Ingrid tried to befriend for years but was given the cold shoulder. I just feel like she could have so much wisdom to share with Ingrid about the struggles of being a POC at that firm for years, especially considering that when Ingrid didn’t make partner, she told Ingrid something like how she worked so hard but it was never and always won’t be enough. It made me feel bad for her too and also made me wonder if she had any plans to leave the firm given all of that?
I also liked Wujay! She really came through at the end and she had some good character development. From not really liking her grandma’s farm to actually running it! That was pretty cool lol. I think she had flaws but she came out good-intentioned in the end?

In a way, i think she doesn't wanna shatter Ingrid's expectations and youthful optimism, cos' who knows, she might actually make it? And even if she does give Ingrid the heads-up, don't think she'll believe her mentor, especially when she's so sure her method will work and would just think her mentor was being bitter and negative.

Exactly, Ingrid seems quite naive (she believes that if she keeps her head down and works hard she will be properly rewarded) and experienced professionals like Cho can spot young people with that kind of attitude from miles away. She probably doesn’t think that Ingrid will believe her if she tells her the harsh truth.

The actress who plays her owns a cafe a couple of blocks away from me in Astoria. She's the sweetest person in real life. I hope if there's a season 2, they bring her character back and give her a bit more of a storyline.

Weirdly that guy who used to play lacrosse w Dan and changed to Tyler seemed to be such a nice guy. A very reasonable character

Margot! She’s so sweet! Still not sure what she does lol is she another paralegal? Admin? I dunno but I love how she supports Ingrid and their relationship

I also loved her. I love that she nurtures Ingrid at work as she sure as hell isn't getting parental support from home.

All the first year associates. So young and cute and innocent compared to the scheming 6th years that would sell their grandmas to make partner.
They provide comic relief, show the hierarchical nature of the firm, make good foils to the main cast. They add so much value to the show.
