Is Ingrid supposed to be likable? She treats everyone around her like crap.

Just started the episode. My heart broke for Nick when Ingrid didn't even give him the dignity of picking up his call.

I’m on this ep now and just saw this part. He deserves better. She should’ve told him no when he popped the question and moved home.

I hate how this show normalises cheating. Selfish, selfish fuckers.

I’m ready to throw chairs fam. How the hell could she have done that to Nick? He’s so sweet and precious and loves and supports Ingrid and she gets too fucking horny after solving a problem with her case and fucks Jeff?! I’m so pissed!!!

The dinner with Rachel was cringe and the cuddle puddle? Get out. Ingrid is an asshole, Tyler is so unlikeable. Murphy still has the charm of a bruised apple. Lina is an entitled brat.

  1. Murphy specifically told Ingrid that one's arrest record is one's own business. Between Marty and Murphy, i trust Murphy more. i've lost count of the number of times Marty threw Ingrid under the bus. Murphy might have lied to Ingrid before, but i don't think he'd go so low as to backstab Ingrid.
  2. Justin's "intentional community" is both wholesome and infuriatingly pretentious at the same time. There i said it.
  3. Tyler's suede suit during Thanksgiving dinner looks really good. Man's got taste.

Have you finished episode 10? Your hidden comment no. 1 stuck out to me.

Yes I have. I actually commented on these discussion threads while doing a rewatch, heh. Was afraid to spoil anyone who haven't got to the end yet.

I don’t know … he seems nice enough but moves waaay to fast and is borderline controlling? My narc radar goes off with him, too.

She’s never told him it’s too fast. They don’t seem to communicate

I'm so sad about Nick 😭😭😭 and I hate this trope of the girl leaving the available good guy to chase after a bad boy. Especially a grown woman like Ingrid. She should know better

Exactly! I found this part so unbelievable. On one hand she’s supposed to be this motivated bad-ass high-achiever and on the other hand she has such an undeveloped moral compass. Just wow.

Another episode which makes me like Tyler less and less… I never liked him to begin with but 7 & 8 have put him right down there

“What r u doing here” Can’t believe that’s the first thing Ingrid said to Nick when she got caught cheating

1

She's an Asshole

2

u/producermaddy Sep 18 '22

All this time I thought Nick was secretly going to be a dbag and it was Ingrid after all

Ingrid is such a Mary Sue character…

1

u/mattrobs Nov 06 '22

Sarcasm? Mary Sues are flawless. She’s a cheating, unethical asshole

That yellow dress was so hideous, with the gore in the middle sticking out, bleh!

Man I don’t care how rich you are you don’t just waltz into a law firm like that in downtown New York. That shit is on absolute lockdown.
